Stand up Paddle boarding (SUP) is a traditional sport from Hawaii that works your muscular and cardiovascular force, equilibrium, coordination, and resistance. In the last few years, the sport has grown tremendously as it is easy to learn, it’s a great activity in the open air, and it stimulates your mind and body. SUP can be practiced in flat water or in waves. It is additionally a sport where you work your legs, feet, arms, neck and stomach.

What to Bring
Bring a swimsuit, towel, bottle of water and sunscreen
